Ahah, thanks rj. Yes, in the end I think bullet eating is the thing I'm most good at. It comes natural to me to maximize absorption, almost as much as screwing up full runs.  |

Woah. That was outstanding! Not only does it show the 210 chain strategy (which looks very well-refined and precise), it is also a very entertaining and impressive video of all of chapter 2 . Even more than mamahaha's already-amazing ch2 video. Thank you for spending the time and the effort to make this video! m(_ _)m (now I'm starting to wonder what Xer's fantastic bullet-eating must look like...) |

 FYI: KTR posted another 2nd chapter 210 video on 3/2/06 with an 83 second boss time. Congrats! KTR, I had a feeling you would remake that video seeing how bad 82 seconds irritated you  Hopefully I'll be back playing soon, I just got a new job and am in a show. (Sometimes during rehersals I catch myself thinking about Ikaruga)

KTR's site is call Trashbox He updates it fairly frequently with new personal bests and strategies. I posted this a few days ago hoping rjpageuk would ask KTR to host the new vid This is the Trashbox video page link. You should find it near the top. It was on his main page but now he's replaced his 82 sec vid with it. |

Do you think KTR-MIR strategy can be used in easy mode too? Obviously the max chain count will not be 210, but doing the 2nd generator in that way, maybe 207-208 can be achieved........ by the way is just my thought, I still have problem in getting 192, lol!

If I remember (correct me if i'm wrong) one of the Demo Play vids in the game show how to do the 38 chain 2-1. Unfortunately i think it is one of the horizontal views.
The way i learned this is I played it in the Slow play in conquest until i figured out the strategy and then mastered it in slow play (it took me like an hour or 2, i went until i did it like 5 times in a row without screwing it up) then I cranked it up to normal play. I think that seeing it in slow motion helped me see what needed to be done.

Dr Ian does a 40 chain in one of his vids (no1 i think). I watched that in slow and learnt it the way he does. If you can do 38, 40 shouldnt be a problem, its basically the same thing.
